Welcome from Superintendent, Dr. Eric Sands
Dear SEASAC Arts Festival participants,
Stamford American International School is excited to be hosting the South East Asia Student Activities Conference (SEASAC) Arts Festival. Being part of the sixteen school SEASAC group is an opportunity for our students and community to engage regionally with other like- minded high quality international schools.
With the theme of this year’s festival focus on Rhythm of Life, we have the unique opportunity to reflect on and quite possibly respond to an evocative selection of music, a visually impactful piece of art or a provocative theatrical work. As such, our student artists broaden their experiences while challenging themselves as critical and active participants.
In hosting this special event for the first time in Stamford’s 10-year history, we look forward to our community supporting the participants and making our guests feel genuinely welcome.
On behalf of Stamford American International School, I’d like to extend a personal note of thanks to our Activities team as well as our Visual & Performing Arts faculty for organizing the festival. Ensuring a safe and finely tuned event requires multiple levels of support.
I hope all participants enjoy the festival and the hospitality on offer.
Sincerely,
Dr. Eric Sands, Superintendent
Stamford American International School
